We are excited to announce that the next Young Physiologists Meeting will take place on February 25–26, 2027 in Erlangen, Germany.
Erlangen is located in Bavaria in southern Germany and forms part of a larger metropolitan area together with the cities of Nuremberg and Fürth. It is also home to the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), a leading German research university with particularly strong programs in medicine, natural sciences, and engineering. At FAU, physiology has been taught since its founding in 1743 and since then developed into an independent discipline with dedicated institutes and chairs.
We aim to continue Erlangen’s long-standing tradition in physiology together with you and are therefore excited to host next year’s edition of the Young Physiologists Meeting. We are already working behind the scenes to organize the event and aim to bring together early-career researchers in physiology in our beautiful city!
In the meantime, you can sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about registration details, abstract submission, and program highlights in due course. You can also contact us directly, if you have any questions!
To get an impression of what to expect, feel free to explore highlights from our last successful meeting in Berlin.
We look forward to welcoming you to Erlangen in 2027!
